Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of The Plug System™ website, platform, tools, content, subscriptions, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not use the service unlawfully or interfere with the platform or other users.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout unless otherwise stated. Your subscription continues until canceled. You may manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation through the billing tools made available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily create a refund for amounts already charged, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Plan features and pricing may change prospectively with appropriate notice where required.

4. User Content, likeness, and promotional rights

You retain ownership of photographs, videos, audio recordings, music, artwork, graphics, names, stage names, logos, trademarks, biographical information, voice, image, likeness, and other materials that you upload, submit, provide, create, or otherwise make available through The Plug System™ (“User Content”).

By providing User Content, you grant The Plug System™, its affiliates, successors, service providers, contractors, and authorized marketing partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, crop, resize, format, adapt, create promotional excerpts from, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, demonstrate, market, advertise, and promote The Plug System™, its products, services, features, campaigns, and related business activities.

This permission includes use of your name, artist or stage name, image, photograph, voice, video, likeness, approved AI-generated likeness or representation, artwork, submitted content, and portions of User Content in The Plug System™ website and application, social media, advertisements, presentations, demonstrations, case studies, promotional videos, email marketing, press materials, and other digital or physical marketing channels.

You authorize reasonable technical, editorial, and creative modifications for these purposes, including cropping, resizing, adding graphics or captions, combining content into promotional materials, and adapting content for different platforms and formats. We will not intentionally alter User Content to falsely attribute statements, opinions, endorsements, or experiences to you. Unless separately agreed in writing, no royalties or additional compensation are owed for uses permitted by this license.

You represent that you own your User Content or have all permissions, licenses, releases, and rights necessary to provide it and grant this license, including permissions involving collaborators, photographers, videographers, producers, featured artists, models, recordings, artwork, and other third-party materials. This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to The Plug System™. Without limiting that, nothing in these Terms transfers to The Plug System™ any ownership of your master recordings, musical compositions, copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity, unless you and The Plug System™ separately agree in a signed writing. Submitting content to the service does not give you any rights in it that you do not already hold.

Unreleased music: The Plug System™ will not publicly release, distribute, or post your unreleased music itself as promotional content unless this license or your specific authorization clearly covers that use. This does not limit the storage, processing, analysis, and other internal handling of your music that is needed to provide the service to you.

5. AI and generated outputs

Some features may use artificial intelligence to analyze information or generate suggestions, plans, text, creative direction, or media-related outputs. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated output complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

6. Music business information

The Plug System™ provides educational, organizational, marketing, and business-support tools. Information provided through the service is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Results from marketing, promotion, advertising, playlist, press, influencer, radio, or other campaign activity are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

The Plug System™, Plug Check™, Artist DNA™, Content Plug™, 30 Moves™, Plug Video Director™, Release Command Center™, Ask The Plug™, and associated platform designs, software, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to The Plug System and may not be copied, resold, or exploited except as permitted by these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not upload content you do not have the right to use; violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; attempt unauthorized access; or disrupt platform security or operation.

9. Service availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or modify platform features as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Plug System and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, abuse, security threats, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, licenses already granted, disclaimers, and liability provisions, will survive as applicable.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
