We use information to provide, personalize, secure, maintain, and improve The Plug System™; process subscriptions and account access; provide artist, release, content, campaign, and AI-powered features; respond to support requests; communicate about the service; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and, as described in our Terms of Service, demonstrate, market, advertise, and promote The Plug System™ using User Content and likeness rights you have licensed to us.

AI features

Information you submit may be processed by service providers that help power AI-enabled features when necessary to provide those features. Do not submit confidential information or third-party material unless you have the right to provide it.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. The Plug System™ does not store your full payment-card number. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
